Please note that this HOA is for Whispering Pines Townhomes, Inc, 100s to 900s.  The WP 1000's are a different HOA and not part of this website.

New Owners

New owners:  You must be registered on the website and be included in the Member Directory.  Communications from the HOA are through email.  TO REGISTER, click on 'Contact Us' on the left of this homepage and then provide us with your name, unit number, mailing address, email address and phone number.  You will receive an email within a few days to change the default password.  You can change other parts of your profile.

Note:  If purchasing a unit beginning with 1xxx (four digits) you are not part of this Whispering Pines Association.

NOTE: Whispering Pines is within the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA), for which an additional ANNUAL association fee is required.  This comes from the PLPOA office.

If you were sending your dues to Sunetha directly you will need to make this address change. 
If you are setup on an ACH Check withdraw to WPTA, you will need to change payment amount only. 
If you are setup on pinless bill pay to WPTA you will need to change payment amount only. 
If you are paying your dues via debit card through Sunetha’s portal you will need to change your payment method. Please contact Cheryl Bowdridge at 970-903-9147 to discuss your options.
